Pocket Dribble

Approach your defender and initiate this move by pounding the basketball with your right hand the same time your left foot hits the floor. Immediately after pounding the ball and placing your left foot, drop your hips while widening your stance. On the drop, quickly jab your left foot whiling shifting your weight to your left. Load and push off that left foot jab foot as you reach with your right foot and explode past your defender.

Ski

Approach your defender and initiate this move by pounding the basketball with your right hand the same time you hop to your left. Land on two with your feet staggered and in an athletic position with your toes pointing to your right. Punch the basketball out front and explode past your defender. When your feet hit, the ball should be loaded on your hip and ready to be punched forward. Be sure to keep your hand behind the ball on this move to avoid a carrying violation.

Between The Legs Skate

Approach your defender and initiate the move by punching the basketball through your legs. Immediately after punching the ball through your legs, skip out to the left by pushing off your right foot and popping off your left foot. When you land, your right foot should hit first and in a loaded manner behind your body so you can push and explode past your defender with a long left foot step.

Crossover Jab

Approach your defender and initiate this move by snapping a right to left crossover. The same time as your crossover, jab your right foot laterally and shift your weight to your right. Load and push hard off your right foot jab step and explode past your defender with a long left foot step.

Between The Legs Ski Crossover

Approach your defender and Initiate this move by punching the basketball between your legs from your right hand to your left hand the same time you skip out to your right. Upon landing, immediately cross the basketball over from your left to your right hand and explode past your defender with a left foot cross step as you push hard off your right foot.
